Your Fjordheim Solo Infrared Sauna is backed by a One-Year Limited Warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
If a covered manufacturing defect occurs during the warranty period, Valgard Works may repair the product, provide replacement parts, replace the affected component, or offer another appropriate solution.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modifications, or damage caused by environmental factors.
